NYC native. Left school in the 9th grade. A young mom trying to figure it out. Nobody handed Dana a plan, so she built one.
Dana worked 26 years at the Post Office. It was a good job, and with kids to take care of, she couldn't just quit. But after an anxiety attack at work, she started asking a different question: what can I do so my family doesn't depend on one paycheck?
In 2006 she bought her first investment property. One became two. By 2022, her rentals out-earned her paycheck, and she left USPS for good.
Today Dana owns 60+ properties across multiple states, has secured more than $3 million in funding, and has taught thousands of students how to do the same, starting right where they are.

Starts her tax business.
Joins the U.S. Postal Service.
Buys her first investment property.
Her rentals out-earn her paycheck. She leaves USPS.
60+ properties, thousands of students, and the AUCTION TO WEALTH community.
Dana isn't looking for the fanciest market. She looks for markets where the numbers work: properties she can buy below market value, rent or resell, and hold for the long run.
She buys at tax deed and foreclosure auctions in markets like Detroit, Cleveland and the Atlanta suburbs, and teaches her students to do the same, even from out of state.
She is also the author of The Credit Card Millionaire and has been featured in Black Enterprise.

Dana teaches from her own deals: real auctions, real properties and real numbers. Her students tour properties with her, ask questions on the spot, and learn what to look for before they ever place a bid.
Her mission is simple: help women 40+ turn the income they already earn into assets they own, and leave property to their children, not bills.
